Early-access waitlist privacy

Updated September 22, 2026. This notice applies to the OwnerMargin public homepage and waitlist, not to the private property-management application.

What we collect

When you join, we save your email address, your name if you provide it, and the date and version of your consent to early-access and launch updates. You do not need to submit property, tenant, payment, or financial information.

How we use it

We use the list to organize early access and send OwnerMargin launch updates. Joining does not create an account, start a subscription, or authorize a payment. We do not sell the waitlist or use it for unrelated advertising.

Storage and security

Signups are stored on our hosting provider's infrastructure in a database separate from the private application. The public website has no endpoint for reading the waitlist. Hosting providers process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. We use short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit repeated signup attempts.

Your choice

Signup is optional. Launch emails will include a way to unsubscribe. We will not send launch updates until that opt-out process is available. We will remove waitlist information when it is no longer needed for early access or launch communications.

Cookies and analytics

This page does not add advertising cookies or marketing analytics. The hosting platform may use technical cookies for its own operation.
